    Can I return my goods and get a refund?
    We want you to love your Albatross Gallery prints and posters, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the order date along with your original invoice. If you have any issues or complaints or your order simply hasn't arrived please contact the gallery WITHIN 14 DAYS, for a replacement or refund to be issued.

    We cannot accept returns on artworks that have been made to order.

    We ask that the item(s) you send back to us are in the same condition we sent them out to you and in the original packaging.Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

    We regret that we are unable to refund the postage costs for returns. An exchange will incur a further deliver cost.

    How long will it take to process?
    We process a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of a refund or send a replacement.
    If for any reason it has been more than 5 working days since we received your return, please email us at albatrossgalleryporthleven@gmail.com quoting your name, address and order number and we will follow up within 48 hours.

    What if my order is damaged?
    Please accept our sincerest apologies if the item(s) you have received is not what you originally ordered or is damaged in any way. Please email us within 3 working days with your name, address, order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and let us know if you would like a full refund or a replacement which will be sent out again standard delivery and free of charge.

    Can I change or cancel my order?
    If we haven't yet posted your item(s) then you can email us quoting your name, address and order number to change or cancel your order and request a full refund.

    Unfortunately, bespoke or made to order items and all items bought in store are excluded from the above policy.

    ONLINE RETURNS

    • How do I return something?
    • You can send your return to us by post or courier depending upon the size of the item(s) being returned.
    • You will need to complete the returns note that was included in your delivery. It would help if you provided a reason for the unsuitability of the item(s) as this would help us to develop our products and service. Always include a daytime contact number and email in case we need to contact you about the return.
    • Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and they must be placed within the original box in which they were sent in. Parcels are returned at your own cost and we recommend you obtain a certificate of postage as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the item(s) in transit and item(s) must arrive in the condition in which they were received.
    What if the item is faulty or damaged?
    • Once your item has arrived, please inspect the condition of your picture before unwrapping any cellophane. If, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, you must leave the item in its cellophane wrapping and report the damage within 24 hours. Once this wrapping has been removed we are no longer able to accept responsibility and will not be able to offer you a replacement. If you think there is a fault, however small, please do contact us before opening your item.
    • We are always very disappointed by the rare occasions when our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of the purchase then you can return the item. We will reimburse you for your return. Alternatively, for any large item(s) we will arrange for a collection but you will have to be in to hand the return over to our courier.
    • If any fault is identified outside of the 14 day period we cannot accept the return.
    How do I arrange an exchange?
    • Please state if you wish to receive an exchange on your returns form. If you wish to choose a different item(s) and it costs less than the item(s) returned we will refund you the difference. If it costs more than the item(s) returned we will require an additional payment. Please provide your daytime contact number and email address on the returns form so we can contact you about your return if needed.
    Can I return an item to store?
    • We can process online returns in the gallery. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    How long will it take to deal with my return?
    • We will process a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of a refund or send a replacement.

    • If a new item(s) is being sent to you please allow up to an additional 4 working days for our courier to deliver your new item(s) to you. Any refunds may take a couple of working days to appear on your card or account.
