When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email or SMS.
Prints and posters that are unmounted are individually rolled and carefully packed by hand and delivered to you in a cardboard tube.
All wooden board prints and tableware are wrapped in a protective sleeve and padded envelope.
Each mounted print is packaged in a hard card board backed envelope.
Framed prints are packaged with a padded protective layer and card outer.
*Original artworks can be collected from the Gallery or delivered by a specialist courier nationwide; please choose your option carefully before checking out. The specialist courier service isn't included in the 'free delivery over £50' offer and other postal services won't cover works above a certain value for insurance purposes or accept glass in parcels.
Please allow 7 working days to process the order, or 10 working days for a framed picture. Each artwork is quality approved and checked and then carefully packaged for second class delivery within the UK only. Standard Royal Mail delivery is 3-4 working days.
Delivery options are as follow:
- Delivery within the UK is £3.95 and orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
- Special Next Day Delivery is possible. You will need to telephone the Gallery to arrange this.
- International customers are asked to contact us for shipping costs before placing an order.
Any International order taken will be contacted via email, an additional charge may apply. Albatross Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Framed artwork estimated lead time is 7-10 working days. We try our very best to stick to this guideline. However, if we are very busy we do apologise if it is slightly over the 10 working days; we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left in a designated safe place if you are out when we deliver. Please note, although we can specify your designated safe place to Royal Mail or the courier, we can not be held responsible for the accuracy of the delivery to this designated safe place. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you, a neighbour or to you designated safe place. Once goods have been delivered to you, a neighbour or to you designated safe place they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
